House with a day care for seniors on the waterfront in Prerov. It is a three-storey building with parking on the ground floor. There is also a medical attendance, a cafe and a hairdresser´s on the ground floor. On the first and the second floor there are apartments for seniors. The design of the apartments corresponds with needs of handicapped people.

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá architektonické a funkční aspekty rodinného domu s ordinací v Brně-Ivanovicích. Bytový dům je dvoupodlažní s plochou zelenou střechou. Primárním cílem tohoto projektu je vytvořit obytný prostor, který vyhovuje potřebám rodiny sestávající ze šesti jednotlivců. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována ordinaci lékaře, která zajišťuje snadný přístup pro pacienty při zachování soukromí rodiny. Projekt zkoumá použití vhodných materiálů, stavebních technik a stavebních systémů k zajištění odolnosti, bezpečnosti a hospodárnosti. Použité materiály jsou implementovány v celé budově s cílem minimalizovat spotřebu energie a snížit dopad na životní prostředí.

This bachelor thesis discussed in the theoretical field of the importance of interior design and its link with the patient in medical care. Specifically address the disposing layout, editing, and requirements for furniture in the diabetes clinic. Further proposes furniture element that added comfort in everyday use of outpatient facilities. The development of the two proposed designs, namely interior and furniture element is documented in the form of sketches. Thesis also includes visualization and computer drawings.
